Age of Empires: Definitive Edition is quite the remaster, adding fully remastered 4K visuals to make the game look better, an increased population limit to make battles more epic, enhanced pathfinding, better destruction technology, more zoom levels, an expanded UI, and a remastered orchestral soundtrack. It seems even more robust the Age of Empires II HD, and has me eager to jump back in due to these enhancements. Age of Empires: Definitive Edition will also be getting a Closed Beta which begins tomorrow, August 22
Age of Empires: Definitive Edition is set to release on PC on October 19. |
