- Operation Flashpoint 2 Interview - @War has posted

tactical military simulator.
- Todd Howard Interview - Shacknews has conducted
an interview with Bethesda Softworks' Todd Howard, as he talks about
developing their hit first person RPG The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.
- Painkiller Interview - The Armchair Empire has posted
an interview with People Can Fly's Adrian Chmielarz talking about
Painkiller, their upcoming FPS for publisher Dreamcatcher.
- Battlecruiser Millennium patch v1.09.00 - 3000AD sends along
a new
patch for Battlecruiser Millennium, updating the regular edition of their
space and planetary simulation to version 1.09.00.
- EVE Online: the Second Genesis patch 1058 -
Another round
of patches for EVE Online: the Second Genesis has now been released,
upgrading the massively multiplayer online space combat RPG by Crowd Control
Productions to version 1058.
- NASCAR Thunder 2003 patch v1.1 -
The
retail patch v1.1 for NASCAR Thunder 2003 is available from 3DGamers.
This release applies a handful of gameplay, car physics, and other changes as
detailed in the accompanying release notes.
- Proelium UT 2003 Released -
In Proelium
(download),
players run around in a top-down view, trying to hurt and kill each other for
experience. Gaining experience is the only way to raise your combat level,
which is the only way to gain more weapons and have stats boosted. Proelium's
gameplay is very fast paced and more strategic than normal UT2003 death match
play.
- Colin McRae Rally 3 Updated Demo Soon -
According to
BlackHole Motosports, all the fixes from the final build including
steering, sound, etc will now be added to the current demo version. This
update will be undergoing testing today, and should be available somepoint
Wednesday PM or more likely Thursday morning.
- Tennis Critters Demo -

- The Witcher Announced - The official website for
The Witcher has
launched, with info and screenshots for this upcoming action-RPG from Polish
developer CDProjekt.
- Dark Fall Announced - The Adventure Company today announced that it
will publish Dark
Fall on PC-CD. Terms of this exclusive deal with the UK's XXV Productions
were not disclosed. The game is a blend of adventure and suspense, set in
beautiful eerie environments that capture the imagination. It features a
number of challenging puzzles and is set in 40 different locations. Gamers
will enjoy more than 25 hours of game-play and relish the haunting background
sounds and music. The game is set to ship in July 2003.
- Rubies of Eventide Goes Alive - Cyber Warrior Inc today
announced the launch of its
bold new massively multiplayer RPG, "Rubies of Eventide." With a retail
launch aimed for later in the year, currently, "Rubies of Eventide" provides a
free, downloadable game client which includes a free 10-day trial of the game.

available - Reakktor let us know that
the first issue of the
"Neocronicle Magazine" (NEMA) has just been released. NEMA is a print quality
magazine that revolves around current ongoings in our popular Cyberpunk MMORPG
Neocron. On 21 pages, the Neocronicle covers everything from recent events,
interviews and stories to details and screenshots about the continiously
evolving storyline of Neocron.
- Enemy Territory CD Key Issue Details -
Players who are getting "Empty CDKey" messages trying to connect to
PunkBuster ET Servers may attempt a manual CDKey registration. Press the tilde
key (the ~ key) to bring down the game console from any game screen and enter
the following command (without quotes): "/pb_cdkeyreg". You should see a
message stating that a Registration Request was sent to the GuidAuth Master
Server. After a few seconds (perhaps up to 30 seconds) you should see a
message stating that the CDKey Registration was successful. After that, there
should be no more messages about an Empty CDKey when trying to join a PB
Server.
- German Breed Demo - Gamesweb is now offering downloads of the
German demo (141MB) from Brat Designs' upcoming first-person shooter.
- Diablo 2 1.10 Recipes Updated -
Blizzard's Arreat Summit page has been updated,
offering some info and screenshots from the
new Horadric Cube
recipes.
- Tri Synergy To Publish UFO: Aftermath in US -
Tri Synergy today
announced that it will be publishing titles from European publisher Cenega
here in the US, including UFO: Aftermath, Korea: Forgotten Conflict and Shade:
Wrath of Angels.
- Jester to release USB sampler for Music 3000 (PS2) -
UK-based Jester Interactive has today announced that it will release a USB
sampler and microphone to accompany the PlayStation 2 music generation program
Music 3000. The sampler, which is roughly the same size as a PlayStation 2
memory card, was originally going to be included within the Music 3000
packaging.
