- New Battlefield 1942 Map - Digital Illusions has released
a new
map for Battlefield 1942, their WW2 first-person shooter. "Operation
Aberdeen is an epic tank battle set deep in the deserts of North Africa.
Soldiers will need to control both outpost points, and the points surrounding
the central town to claim victory. Similar to Coral Sea in design, Operation

- Project Earth 2 Announced - Polish developer CITY Interactive today
announced
Project Earth 2, the sequel to last year's space based 3D RTS game. The
game will be release in late 2003.
- Paradise Comes To The US - Russian publisher Buka Entertainment
announced today, that they have already signed a Joint Publishing Agreement
with Tri Synergy Inc. for
Paradise Cracked. It is a significant step Buka made to broaden the
visibility of its products for the North American market as a whole. Tri
Synergy will announce a precise release date later.
- Chrome Beta Sign-ups - Strategy First and Techland today

applications for the open beta test of Chrome, their upcoming science
