up a
preview of Freelancer, the upcoming space sim game from Digital Anvil and
Microsoft.
- Inquisition Interview - GamersClick has posted
an interview with project lead Jerome Cukier in regards to Inquisition,
their upcoming historical stealth-action game that's being published by
Strategy First.

update to his Monkey Matrix mutator for UT 2003.
- HALO&Brute Force collectible figures and vehicles - Racing
Champions announced today that it is
entering into a license agreement with Microsoft to produce collectible
figures and vehicles based on Microsoft Game Studio's Xbox and PC game
properties. The first of these will be based upon the multi-million unit
selling Halo, to be followed by the highly anticipated Brute Force.
- KONAMI 2003 Line-Up - Konami of America today announced
16 new titles for 2003 including all-new versions of blockbuster
franchises Castlevania, Dance Dance Revolution, Gradius, Silent Hill, Winning
Elevent, Yu-Gi-Oh!t and Zone of the Enderst. Focusing on powerful brands,
Konami's broad 2003 line-up includes titles for all genres, age groups and
skill levels. Brand new properties that are scheduled to debut in 2003 include
Casino Manager (PC, working title), Cy Girls, K1 World Grand Prix, McFarlane's
Monsters, Ninja Five-Ot and Street Kings (working title).
- Freelancer Preview Contest - Microsoft will kick off a
Freelancer Preview Contest on January 24 at an undisclosed time giving 30
winners a chance to try out a beta version of the full game - slated for
release in March 2003.
- Datel to support previous GameShark owners -
Datel Electronics has announced that it will continue to provide new codes
support for the GameShark line of game enhancers previously sold under the
InterAct brand name. In response to current GameShark owners concerns
over InterAct Accessories recent suspension of cheat code support for its
GameShark game enhancers, Datel has confirmed that codes being created for its
new Action Replay product line will be backward compatible with previously
sold GameSharkt game enhancers.
