A Plague Tale: Innocence Unveiled - briefly
(hx) 07:24 AM EDT - Jun,15 2017 - Post a comment
France-based developer Asobo Studio and publisher Focus Home Interactive unveiled for the first time - via a new E3 teaser trailer - A Plague Tale: Innocence, the pairs' recently announced game as of January. Coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC, the game was apparently wrapping up pre-production back when it was first announced, thus it is likely not very far along in development.

Details on the game are also currently pretty scarce, but we do know it is set in 1349 in a medieval and plague ravaged Kingdom of France. According to Asobo, the story centers around Amicia and her young brother Hugo, who are being pursued by the Inquisition through villages devastated by the disease. On their journey, they will have to join forces with other orphans and evade swarms of rats with fire and light. An official description continues: “aided only by the link that binds their fates together, the children will face the darkest days of history in their struggle to survive.”
