The July 2026 rollout includes three zero-day flaws, with two actively exploited in attacks targeting Active Directory Federation Services and SharePoint Server.
Among the fixes are 59 Critical vulnerabilities, including 48 remote code execution issues that could allow attackers to take full control of affected systems.
Microsoft attributes the massive increase in patches to its new AI-powered vulnerability discovery tools that are identifying more flaws before attackers do.
Windows 10 users can download the cumulative update KB5099539, while other supported versions receive their respective security packages. |
