IF you know what your doing you can fix your PC. It'll be useable but never as good as a fully clean system.
There might still be bugs and things broken which some can be fixed some cant.

I NEVER paid for a game.
Also NEVER got a pirated game form outside the community, within the community is pretty safe, just stay away from the nordics, those bastards like to bother other people
