The goals for the closed beta test are to “fine-tune cross-platform play, ensure server stability, and gather critical player feedback” ahead of the game’s launch.

“Players will join fast paced five-versus-five online matches featuring a ‘one player, one character’ control system with seven unique playable characters, each bringing their own flair to the field!” reads the announcement. “All players who take part will receive Closed Beta Test Participant rewards for exclusive in-game items such as ‘Kickoff Cleats’ and a profile icon, ‘Secret Kickoff.'”

The closed beta test will be available from January 30 to February 2 during the following regional windows:

    North America – 8:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. ET
    Europe – 20:00 to 24:00 CET
    Asia – 20:00 to 24:00 KST
