The First Descendant is a free-to-play multiplayer online third-person looter shooter action RPG developed and published by Nexon, released on July 2, 2024. The game is set in a futuristic world where players become Descendants, humans with mysterious powers fighting against the alien invaders called the Vulgus who threaten humanity’s survival. The main hub is Albion, from which players undertake quests and battle in various areas to repel the Vulgus threat. It is available on platforms including PlayStation, Xbox (with some limitations on Xbox One), and PC via Steam, and is powered by Unreal Engine 5
