EA is Aware of Battlefield 3 Online Pass Problems - console

Electronic Arts wants owners of the Xbox 360 version of 'Battlefield 3' know they are aware of the online pass problems, and have come up with a solution.
We are aware of the invalid code issue and we apologize for the inconvenience. Since certain retailers are affected by this issue, please check with the retailer where you purchased Battlefield 3 in order to receive a replacement code.
Have you had any problems redeeming your online pass code for Battlefield 3? Are you experiencing any problems once up-and-rolling in the Battlefield 3 multiplayer?

Your results are not looking good for this quarter, so you better get into the 'we fix problems' business and pray your customers will be faithful in the meantime.

I hope EA are also aware that their game is currently being ruined by faulty netcode! Please sort it out....it could have been sooo good.

Love it so far! Runs perfectly, since the BETA ended...!
I love the new maps, awesome gameplay happening!
Even Paris Metro is sweet on Conquest! :)
Great game! 64players is just sooo sweet!
