Hot on the heels of news that Duke Nukem Forever will be released on May 3 in North America--May 6 worldwide--developer Gearbox has released the long-awaited 'first' trailer for the near-mythical macho shooter:

The press release includes word on how to qualify for the demo: 'Players looking to get access to the Duke Nukem Forever playable demo before it is publicly released can join the Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club. A membership certificate for the Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club is included within the Borderlandsâ„¢ Game of the Year edition, where customers will be able to experience the definitive, value-packed collection of the critically acclaimed and best-selling Role-Playing-Shooter that has captured the imagination and attention of single-player and cooperative gamers around the world.' Duke Nukem Forever will hit PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, published by 2K Games

i am soooooo *not* buying this game.. even though i might like it, i will never forget how the producers of it took us for granted fools.

They succesfully managed to raise the deception at a blizzard level, like if blizzard were saying "hey, diablo 3 is out... ah no sorry kidding its for 2 years later"... repeat a dozen times.
Except Gearbox is far from being Blizzard.. and the quality of their game will surely reflect that comparison.
