| Tom | (08:06 PM CEST - Jun,11 2010 ) | Dude I played Starcraft when you were in your diapers likely. I play PC games, I love my PC but I'm not an ignorant prick like some of you who try and come off as some superior king shit for PC platform. I know the writing has been on the wall for a long time when it comes to PC. Piracy is to blame I'm sure but also the inability for developers to secure their goods without hampering the gamer. PC gamers bitch and moan as soon as they try to protect their games, like for some fucking reason PC developers have to accept that their games will be ripped. I have been in the Beta of SC2 and it's not all that fantastic a game. To be honest, I had more of a thrill playing the first one. With battlenet as a requirement now, SC2 is shit. It's slow and annoying to get a game going. I've given about half a dozen if not more keys out to others, including those on this site. As for console, I play where the games are man and the good games are coming mostly to console not PC. I don't give a fuck about resolution, the games look fantastic on my big screen and THX/TrueHD sound system. If you want to limit yourself because of a dumb mindset that's your problem. I am a hard core gamer so platform doesn't matter. I have a PS3, PS2 and plan to get a Xbox 360. A good amount of time too if a game is good on console and has a PC version avail, I'll buy both.
Get the tom, 'you hate pc' out of your head ok.. I have 4 gaming grade machines in my basement. Each can play anything on the market right now. I have friends over and we have LAN parties? How about you? Do you host your own LAN parties at your house with friends? Or for that matter, how many gaming PC's do you have? Give it a rest fella you have no fucking clue who you are talking to. I've put an almost embarrassing amount of money into PC gaming so don't pull some BS statement that I'm some console lover. Far from it. I enjoy gaming on console and I enjoy gaming on PC. I enjoy gaming on my DS, PSP, Blackberry and iPod. It's fucking crazy how much of my money I've given to these gaming companies. I wonder if there is a World Record I've broken really. | |
