As promised, Unknown Worlds has a released a playable Natural Selection 2 engine test alpha, allowing pre-order customers to experience the commercial sequel for the first time. It consists of a couple of levels where your player character can run around in and shoot at animated dummy targets. It does not have the actual Natural Selection 2 gameplay implemented.

There's not really a lot you can do in it at the moment, as it's just a test of the engine to ensure it runs correctly on various configurations.

Runs really well here, but drives me mad that there's no invert mouse option! :shock:
