CoD: World at War Map Pack #3 Announced - briefly
(hx) 09:13 PM CEST - Jul,20 2009 - Post a comment
Treyarch just announced a third map pack is in development for its WW2 shooter Call of Duty: World at War, scheduled for release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in August. No price was stated, though the two previous packs each cost $10 (800 Microsoft Points). While Treyarch made no mention of a PC release, such was the case with the previous map pack--which arrived on PC for free five weeks after the console release.
Reinforcements are scheduled to arrive for one of the most-played online multiplayer games, as Activision Publishing, Inc. and developer Treyarch, confirmed plans today to deliver Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 3 in August. Map Pack 3 will feature three multiplayer maps ("Battery," "Revolution," and "Breach"), co-developed with partner Certain Affinity, and one new Zombie map ("Der Riese"), for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PLAYSTATION 3 computer entertainment system.
