The chaps over at PlanetCNC have published a few scans from latest issue of Game Informer (January 2008) which has the exclusive coming out party for EA's Command & Conquer flavored PC/PS3/Xbox 360 first-person-shooter, Tiberium. VideoGamesBlogger.com has some additional details of the game, most notably that it's an FPS as opposed to the series' usual RTS format (though not the first C&C FPS, remember Renegade?); it's set 11 years after the end of the third Tiberium war and is a squad-based shooter described as Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter meets Battlefield meets Rainbow Six Vegas. You'll play as Ricardo Vega, a formerly-retired GDI field commander. You can play in single player or 2-player online modes. EALA's game is set for a late 2008 release.
