5 will not only be made by Treyarch, but it will be set, yet again, in
WWII. This is surprising considering the success of CoD4: MW, but the
information lends itself to the WWII setting.
- The Sims 2 Free Time Announced - Electronic Arts officially
announced

Sims 2 Free Time (trailer),
the next expansion in the The Sims 2 series, planned for February 2008. With
this expansion, your sims will discover new activities and hobbies like
tossing a football with the family, practicing ballet, restoring cars with
friends or building train sets.
- Democracy 2 Demo - Positech Games has released
a playable
demo for
Democracy 2, allowing you to test out the direct sequel to their
political strategy game Democracy.
- Neverwinters Nights v1.69.8100 Beta Patch - BioWare has released
the v1.69.8100 Beta Patch for NeverWinter Nights. The patch fixes a
couple of issues with the game running on Windows Vista.
- Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance Patch v1.5.3598. -
The patch updates the game to version version 1.5.3598 and has some bug
fixes and balance changes.
- Tarr Chronicles Patch v1.0.3.0 - Kvazar Studio has released
a patch for
Tarr Chronicles, bringing their space-sim to version 1.0.3.0. The patch
allows you to change resolution in all OS and CPU, and includes several
bugfixes.
- Hellgate Patch 1.0 Details - The Unofficial Hellgate London has
posted
an edited chat log from tonight's Flagship IRC discussion that offers
some patch v1.0 tid-bits.
- Dusk-12 Website Launched + shots - Buka Entertainment has
launched the official website for
Dusk-12, the upcoming
FPS which will feature hyper-realistic graphics, a huge amount of different
weapons and superpowers, as well as Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch
multiplayer modes. Dusk-12 is due to ship in Q1 2008.
- Lord Of The Rings Online Holiday Promo Pricing -
Turbine has a
special price offer for both new and existing subscribers. Until Jan.
31, subscribers can be billed for $29.97 for three months of online service,
effectively making the pricing $9.99 a month, down from the normal $14.99 a
month pricing. The $29.97 three month rate will continue for as long as a
person has a active account.
- Van Damme Does French World Of Warcraft Commercial - Jean-Claude
Van Damme has done
his own French language TV commercial for Blizzard's hit MMO World of
Warcraft.
