The promised patch for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl (local mirror) has been released, updating the GSC GameWorld first person shooter up to version 1.004 with a number of single and multiplayer fixes along with other changes and improvements, including a stand alone dedicated server. You can download the patch from several sites including Fileshack, Filefront, GH, PatchesScroll.
