Gametrailers have two new videos of CryEngine2 - one showing off a leafy hillside mansion, the other a city street and some trams. Just in case you needed further (a?) reason to start looking a little harder at DirectX 10 :-)

No there are enough other decent games that do not warrant spending that kind of cash for 1 game.

I do not see this game selling well at all. Looks great but thanks to nVidia the ability to enjoy it comes at too high a cost. I'm personally not gonna buy some cut down POS 8600 card just cuz it's 125 cheaper than the best. And even more, I'm not gonna overclock a 1 step down card that costs a lot of money to play 1 game. Once the 8900 has been out on the market for a bit and the prices of 8800 come down to realistic levels, then I could consider getting a card and playing this game. I refuse to play it on a DX9 card, because I know better.

ya ur right. wont play till the new dx10 cards go down in price, no point in trying with our current cards.

Seems to be a decent amount of stuttering during the video. I wonder what they ran this on. :-/

djRom, I was going to say that too, but figured I'd get flack or someone would say just a bad video. But it looked choppy to me.
