JoWooD has released a playable demo (local mirror) for The Guild 2, allowing you to try out the sequel to The Guild: Europa 1400, the historical real-times strategy game developed by 4Head Studios. This demo features a tutorial, and then you can play a craftsman through one year of game time, allowing you to establish their business, apply for office, and start a family. The game sessions are restricted to one round (4 years), only one character class is playable (artisan), no save or load of savegames are possible and only Dynasty Mode is playable (endless game). The 600MB download can also be found on FileFront, GH, VGPro, WP.
