Certainly, it seems that if you have pretty much any current generation video card you should be able to eke decent performance out of it with all of the graphical details turned on, selecting the right resolution dependant on the performance level of the board naturally. Overall, performance is looking like it'll come in lower than what you will see on these same graphics boards in Doom 3 and Quake 4, but not to the point of making the game unplayable by any means.
