One of the things that sets X3 and the previous games in this series apart from other space sims is its economic system. You can create your own trading empire via space stations, buying and selling goods through trade routs. In short you can become much like the Frengi in Star Trek, concerned with your money. But if you are like me (and God help you if you are). You want to get your hands dirty by getting inside a space ship and blowing stuff up. X3: Reunion has a ton of ships to pick and choose, from small fighters to huge capital ships. Egosoft has made controlling the ships an easy experience making sure that both joystick and mouse-keyboard set-ups are fully supported.
X3: REUNION - The Sequel to the award winning X˛: The Threat will introduce a new 3D engine as well as a new story, new ships and a new gameplay to greatly increase the variety in the X-universe. The economy of Xł: Reunion will be more complex than anything seen in the X-universe before. Factories are being built by NPCs, wars can affect the global economy, NPCs can trade freely and pirates will behave far more realistically. (714 hits)
