Black Hole Motosports has released a playable demo for GT Legends, the upcoming historic racing simulation game by Simbin. This work-in-progress demo allows you to drive one of three FIA GTC-65 class cars against up to 10 computer controlled opponents, at the famous Dijon circuit (including two different layouts). The 263 MB demo can be found on the official GT-Legends website, 3DGamers, BoomTown,, FileFront, GH, and WP.

GT Legends Demo StarForce Fix (update August 31th) - This GT-Legends downloads page now offers a StarForce fix for the demo version of the retro racing sim. Word is: "StarForce have issued an updated driver which should fix the reboot/BSOD problem which may be experienced on some systems when running the GT Legends demo."

You're going to need a high end machine for this. When you top out the graphics it runs like sh*t on a med spec machine, and looks no better that for instance Race Driver or Toca 2. And i'm not exagerating. Oh and by the way, after you install the demo you'll get prompted to restart your machine cause starforce just installed a hardware driver on your system. Only for the die hard racing fans.

Forgot to mention; you get all the good OLD tracks arround the world. This demo features Dijon, France.

I think this game is stunning and comparing it to TOCA Race Driver 2 makes me laugh. The attention to detail and level of quality is simply outstanding. The game may be based on the old F1 Challenge engine but they are really getting the most out of it.

These cars are also more fun to drive than the GTR ones imo. Definately worth a look if you like cars and driving of any kind.
