There's playable demo (local US mirror ~ 603MB) for Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, allowing you to try out the third game in Ubisoft's stealth action game series. Originally released on PC Games magazine cover disk, the demo includes one single-player mission (lighthouse) and multiplayer beta (tutorial and map) that playable through Ubisoft.com.
