HomeLAN - What kinds of ships and enemies will the player face in Silent Hunter III?

Florin Boitor - As a U-boat commander in WWII you'll face all the enemies of that time. We modeled around 50 ships and 12 airplanes that you can meet in the game in various configurations according with the historical time. Famous battleships like King George V, Nelson class but also a wide variety of destroyers and merchant ships. To summarize you hunt mainly merchant ships or capital warships - if you are very good :) - and you are hunted by destroyers and airplanes. You have to be aware also of the coastal defense, mine fields and submarine nets.
