A lot of this season’s most talked-about games include ones with excessive violence, negative role models, extreme gore, sociopathic behavior and other things that have been proven to have a negative effect on children.

Nowadays access to console, pc and films of whatever certification online hasn't prevented children from downloading or sharing such illegal material. Thanks to file sharing tools and websites whatever legislation introduced will fail because of the corporate ethos "Supply and demand". Meanwhile this list will only help those eager kids use whatever means necessary to obtain such titles, besides they make great stocking fillers, Merry Xmas Jesus would have loved a chipped xbox360 and an extreme edition of Manhunt 3 !
