| So basically the PS4 is going to be a repackaged PS3 (a la sped up or whatever)...?? I'm not so sure virtual reality and such is what every wants. I mean it sure seems that way...The way the Wii is selling. But I know some people who still prefer just sitting on the couch versus getting up off it to play a good ole' game of Madden on the Wii. ie my dad. -_- |

mig; depends on what division you mean. Sony is immense in size and is known to sue itself from time to time.
I'm a bit neutral to this. I believe that Kaz Hirai will try to better the situation of the PS3 before he makes any turns in the crossroads. I'm dearly hoping in a quick improvement of the Playstation Network for an example as well as better support for developers.
On one hand Sony needs to make the PS3 worthwhile and on another they need to move into a different position as a company - maybe away from hardware and into software. With some hope, Hirai may do what Kutaragi failed in. |
