@Oblivion controversy. People have a choice to go for that kind of stuff. I don't need topless mods to enjoy my game. If people do, good for them. A higher rating only makes sense because kids play this stuff and parent have a right to know if there is nudity and stuff in it.

Now on my own opinion. This is obviously a person who doesn't get it, has a problem with sexuality and is afraid to come out with it or just a troublemaker or publicity raven. Personally I see no value other than to satisfy perverts who play game.

I mean, womens breasts and stuff guy's chest are pretty much the theme as it were but demeaning women where internationally most women don't publicly bear their breasts publically. The guy is a flake who decided he had some purpose in life to make a topless mod and make a gay hobby out of it! Great thanks for your amazing service to society! Get a life is what I say! Get a job and work for some porn game company and give it more purpose..

I bet the reason he doesn't use GUI's is likely because he can't make a theme pornographic enough... like please.
