Gothic 3, the upcoming RPG sequel Piranha Bytes. Hope the developers are dedicated enough not to rush this up being another average RPG. A short Gothic 3 preview that covers the standard E3 presentation is up at GameSpot:

Is it me, or does everything in these screeniies look tasty EXCEPT the nameless hero? I think He looks like crap. like a skin from unreal 1 or something. everything else looks next gen :/

Looks Xbox to me. The backgrounds and the hero have the same res textures excpet the hero is in focus. Maybe it's a limitation of the engine, maybe on purpose to keep it within some kind of limits. Q4 had a nice compensation of that "effect". Chars were pretty high res and fit nicely in the scene.
