I am absolutely convinced that codemasters create games that are "just good enough" to get sales and appeal to noobs. Their games consistently score ~80% in reviews and there is always something missing or left out. The toca series is a good example, decent graphics, decent gameplay but not a single feature that is truly special.

These guys shit me off something chronic, the kings of mediocrity and dissapointment. This game will be no different, nor the one after, nor the one after that.

what it really means is the skinning department is running full tilt at putting the '06 decals on some slightly modified models from last years game that was just a rework of the years before etc etc, a new box and then punted out the door for unsuspecting mums and dads to buy for kids for xmas.

Get ready for more cars that rotate on a centre axis.

Codemasters are really criminals and the reason a warez scene exists.
Mediocrity is too high praise for a company that sorely lacks any kinds of ethics or talent.

Your comment applies to a lot more companies..But I agree with it for Codemasters, they are a real POS. I realized that when they output IGI 2. And I'm happy to see that that game went nowhere fast. Truely a wonder Codemasters is around. Codemaster is an applicable name, they are masters of changing their own code and passing off things as 'new'.
