EXACTLY.
HOW will this help anything?
When you get a hcked game THIS BS is alwasy removed. pirated games NEVER have any DRM or any restrictions as thats the first thing they remove.
THATS the biggest reason for piracy, too much restrictions.
If we pay for a game and they steal it from us we find ways to keep it. PIRACY is the way for us to keep our paid for games.
So, eventually we stop paying for games and just get pirated versions as they last a lot longer than paid for games and we can play them forever.
Gonna piss off lots of people who have very restricted internet. How would it feel if you move house and it'll take a month before the internet gets connected. So you only get 20 days to play your games before $ony forces restrictions. And the neighbour is still playing his prirated game offline endlesly.
So who suffers from piracy? the game devs.
So WHY would they agree to DRM and all that protection BS?
Thats #1 resaon for piracy.
Well, its #2.
#1 is price of games.
Drop the prices and sell more. |
