GamePC take a look at the Western Digital Raptor 150GB drive, undoubtedly the fastest Serial ATA hard drive on the market. Here's  a taster:

The only obvious feature missing here is a Serial ATA-II/300 interface, which was left off due to quality concerns with new SATA-II/300 comp
