This is Why No One Likes Windows 11. I left PC on and went out, come back to find Windows 11 Taskbar Just Disappeared and could not recover the system. How to reset the PC. Windows 11 24H2 is broken. I only installed the OS two days before this happened.

This is only one of the dozens of reasons.
Seems Satya Nadella was right about saying Windows 10 was the last Windows.
Windows 11 is pure garbage and by the time Windows 12 fixes all the issues and restores the missing features and functions, people will have moved onto Linux.
I replaced two PCs having Windows 10 with Linux at home already. Four more to go. We will see whether pirates release Windows 10 updates past October. |

Gee whizz. It’s simple. Block 24H2 permanently, I have but I allow all security updates through. End of problem.
There’s enough progs out there that do it.
What happened to a generation, that’s supposed to the ‘tech generation’ yet can’t problem solve or do anything themselves without crying about it |

what's with the people that accept shit and makes compromses for it. win11 users are a minority. smart people are still on win10. you're weak minded. maybe this world be a lot better if people like you woke the fuck up and have some standards. |

Me, i'm in control of Win 11 ffs. Do you just accept everything the M$ throws at you and then cry about it?
First it was “Never10”
It began before Windows 10. Microsoft decided that it knew what was best for each of its users. So every Windows user was forced to move to Windows 10, whether or not it was best for them. But no one thing is best for everyone. So back then Never10 was created to return power and control to where it should be: in the hands of individual Windows users.
Now it's “InControl”
For many years, Microsoft led the world to believe that Windows 10 would be the final version of Windows. That sounded good to people who just wanted to use Windows to get their work done. Then Microsoft decided that they would create “feature release” updates to give Windows an evolving set of features. Many people just wanted Microsoft to leave Windows alone and fix its bugs. But once again, Microsoft believed that it knew best. So these twice-a-year feature updates became mandatory (even when they caused some users serious problems).
Windows 11
When Microsoft announced Windows 11, they said they had never implied that Windows 10 would be the last version of Windows. Okay, whatever. But now history is beginning to repeat itself and many people are wishing that they could have some control over these often unwanted changes to their system.
InControl is a one-button utility which gives users control over
all non-security updates to their Windows 10 and 11 systems.
InControl controls Windows automatic updating/upgrading system by targeting it to a specific major version and feature update release. By default, the current release will be used. So if you “Take Control” with the major version and feature release shown in the boxes in the lower left, Windows will remain right where it is – only installing monthly security updates – until you “Release control”.
If you wish to move to a future release, say from Windows 10 21H1 to Windows 10 21H2, you can first “Release Control” to allow those two fields to be edited. Then change the “21H1” to “21H2” and press “Take Control”. Windows Update will now be targeted at the 21H2 feature release and will offer it for installation once it's available. And if you do nothing else, your system will remain there until you again deliberately release control.
Note that InControl will hold your Windows right where it is, even after the current version and feature release has gone out of support. You will see a complaint about the current version of Windows requiring an update. But your system will not be updated while you are InControl.
I’ve never had any issues with Win 11 - 16 months on it with my newestl home built rig. I have Win 10 on my old rig. See that’s the problem. People can cry this and that, but you either move on or fuck off!
People have far too much time on their hands and cry about the simplest things and have fucking SEVERE hang ups in life. No one cares if you stay on 10 or move to 11. I don’t as it’s got fuck all to do with anyone that I give a shit about. I play games - thousands on it. It plays them zero issues, what’s not to like. Then I read the forums about idiots that have never built nor know anything about a PC, like narcissistic brats “listen to me I’m always right” brought up with a mobile welded to their hands.
Brain damaged, inept, social anxiety, conspiracy theorists.
34 years in the game and past all this shit with people telling you what to do, because they say so.
Everyone can just go and fucking die won’t they. This is why I don’t do social shite and have never been hacked nor details stolen in my 30 years on the internet. Because I know how to build a pc and run it.
Every day is a school fucking day, that’s how you never get caught.
When steam bins Win 10 it’ll be the usual mouthpieces that says this and that then move over to Win 11. How does anyone know what two-faced people are saying one thing and doing another. The story of the human race today.
