Nope! Amazon didn’t sell you a fake AMD, the dealer did for fucks sake! Amazon is a *shop front* for dealers!
Anyone with a brain cell can work out that.
Example: “Steam sold me a pirated copy of a game” no, steam is a store front for a dev or publisher that *sells* games.
You get a complete instant refund and action is taken against the seller.

Retail boxed?, check the serial number online? - mine is 5 years warranty at Intel all checked out day one, Intel has a website for that. Fuck knows if AMD has.
Click bait shit as per usual.
EBay has been doing this shit since it opened. But like Amazon , there are stricter contingencies in place now and you are protected. |
