You have to notice the difference between 3060Ti and 4060Ti is the power consumption.
4060Ti consumes 50Ws less, it seems.
That is a step in the right direction and it will save you money on cooling and electricity bills in the long run.
Say, you can save 2kWh per week per card.
If they sell a million, that's quite an energy consumption reduction worldwide.
