Desperados III developer Mimimi Games has announced Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, a stealth strategy game set during an alternate history in the Golden Age of Piracy. It will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store in 2023.

Looks like a Desperados III reskin - which I disliked on the account on being boring, predicable and not challenging for my intellect (a simple rock/paper/scissor game).
I don't expect that to change, but this could be at least fun - provided they get that part right, of course. Pirates are usually fun so it should not be too hard.
