According to HalfLife2.net, Doug Lombardi has stated that The Lost Coast / ATI Levels will be released AFTER Day of Defeat: Source (September 26th!), not specifying a date.
Doug Lombardi: Lost Coast will follow DoD. No specific date to share just yet.
It looks like that The Lost Coast just isn't finished yet.

| Lost Coast. Hahahahahahahahahahahahaaa!!! Can see how easy it is huh? Takes even Valve a million years to release a map. Well guess considering they are using Hammer(ya right) to do the map I can fully understand how and why it takes so long. And DOD, is it going to be that slow moving POS they had in HL1? |

I don't think LostCoast can really be talked of as a MERE map. It involves new technology which means research and experimentation... and a lot more, just don't want to expand too much And then they're working on an array of projects simultaneously, which means not all staff can throw all their effort on a specific development.
As always, I have all the patience required, VALVE |
