Publisher Good Shepherd Entertainment and developer Ice Cold Games have announced Wild West-themed turn-based strategy game sequel Hard West II for PC (Steam). It will launch in 2022. Closed beta test sign-ups are available now via the official website.

| I really enjoyed the demo, up to the point of the railway gang and i realized that i didn't have the dynamite in my weapon slot. I tried going into inventory but couldn't select it -resulting in my team slowly getting killed off right to the last cart. So i'll need to restart that level. I'm on Discord channel as SABOT. But there's not much to talk about it really apart from general bugs. Though i did give the solution for the 'Application Load Error'. |

The game was surprisingly stable for a beta - it felt more like a demo like you said.
Yes, I am liking it a lot, too, my only worry is replay value - so far, there were not a whole lot of choices that actually have an impact on the story. But, then again, the beta was pretty short.
I agree that being unable to access the inventory during combat is a major pain point - I'd gladly spend action items to pull out something from the inventory.
I forgot to complain about it in the survey though; let's hope others did. |
