tldr, or tltw in this case:
1.) use PSU cables that came with the PSU from factory
2.) make sure power is not fed to PC while making HW changes
3.) don't smoke or vape around your PC
4.) don't run your PC in an enclosed cabinet with no room for hot air to escape from its back
5.) liquid cooling can get faulty and leak
I mean, all of these are pretty brain-dead level, but the last one is just an icing on the cake and it strikes me how many retarded people there are who still take the risk. For what? The looks, the -5C or the -5dB? Probably not even that when comparing the highest end AIOs with classic high end heatsinks and fans. |
