So you have to wonder, does having the ability to photo shop a picture into some sort of lewd or pornographic manner have the same culpability as having the ability to modify code ? I mean the original product is not pornographic. Even if you remove the blurs off the characters there is not pornography there. Anyone ever heard of Barbie ? Adding a more realistic or lewd graphic (Depending on your point of view) to a " G A M E " by any means and that adding being something the developer never created for that game. Why should they be held anymore responsible than a software company that provides photo shop technology, would be held responsible for someone altering a photo of someone or something with their photo shop technology into some potentially offensive manner ?

Giving someone the means to make something in regards to art and many other aspects of life something else is in most cases a positive thing.

Asking a software company to be held responsible for the sexual urges of the public is ridiculous.

He should be embarrassed for even opening his mouth.

Why should EA block adding this content ? As sold in the store the game is rated T. Modding this game in such a manner as adding pornographic features should most assuredly make this game a M or even XXX rated game, if it was sold as a XXX or M game. Out of the box WITHOUT modification this game is a T rated game. Anyone downloading and installing these pornographic modifications should be adult any ways and if they are not, where are their parents ?

Should Crayola be sued every time a child draws an " inappropriate picture " ?

Okay so the counter-argument. EA provided the means to mod the game. Of course they did. If kids are adding or making pornographic or lewd modifications to their games and playing them I really have to ask again, where are the parents ?

Mr. Thompson this problem could be solved by really focusing on the problem. Your wasting our time and out attention when you could really be doing so much more for the people of the United States.

I say again a man in his position of power should be embarrassed for making such idiotic claims.
