Here are three screenshots of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl, GSC Game Workd's upcoming first-person for publisher THQ. Word is "They come from the last build and I suppose that they are the first shots showing some external areas with the DX9 engine" (thanks niCO)

Me too Smile
Well, they just HAVE to hurry up a bit more. Cause Xbox360 and PS3 are coming nearer and nearer. Stalker may find himself lost in the wonderful crop of next-gen games. Bargain bin is where I'll get it. Interest has past, gfx aren't as spectacular and I'm involved in enough fps games right now as it is. BAD idea to hold it's release. Course, they will find that out when they do release it. Such a shame companies can make such stupid decisions. If I'm not play a fps, I'm playing Guild Wars which is really really damn awesome game. I love it. Sure it's not HARD CORE rpg, but it's still a very wicked game and it doesn't cost like POS WOW.

Right now the developers are chasing bugs and fixing balancing issues, cause 95% of the game is already built.
P.S: I hate delays too, but I have enough patience and understanding. I do want my fellow-countrymen make a great game... or at least a good one. I believe in those guys in Kiev that don't sleep nights and don't have weekends.
