FYI, you won't get an automatic refund if you played for more than two hours and/or owned the game for more than 14 days. Also, if you have been blocked by VAC (Valve's Anti-Cheat), you lose the right to ask for refunds for the game in which you been blocked. Valve, however, will still allow you to ask for a refund, but they will review your petition manually.
