NVIDIA has confirmed that Red Dead Redemption 2 will not have any real-time ray tracing effects on the PC. Just as we predicted, the RTX logo was included in order to promote the RTX 20 series GPUs, and nothing more. However the PC version will still provide better visuals than its console counterpart.
