It's not really real money. They don't take shark card money. Plus, you can't get it back out anyway, so it's just in-game money nevertheless, how you spend it inside the game doesn't matter.
You can still just buy in-game money that you can buy vehicles and businesses with. And now you can also use that to gamble. But you can never get any real-world value out of it. |
