Yes Half-Life 2: Episode 4 is still cancelled, but here are some new screenshots. of Episode Two and had a focus on zombies and headcrabs in Ravenholm. Valve ultimately canceled the project because they felt the creativity was too constrained to make it a worthwhile release.

More like it was cancelled as people weren't buying into BS Episodic releases.
