Computer Games Magazine has posted
a Q&A with Konstantin Kapustin of Horns & Hoofs as he talks
Phase: Exodus, their upcoming sci-fi RPG title. According to interview they are just finishing the alpha version, but the game should be finished in Q2/2005. Here's a slice:
