Evaluating AMD's TrueAudio and Mantle Technologies with Thief
- Wrapping things up, even with the launch of Thief I'm not sure much has
changed for TrueAudio at the moment. Subjectively speaking, Thief's
convolution reverb effect just isn't that impressive due to how
overdone it feels, so while it shows us a bi

"Mozilla kills Metro version of Firefox "
Now if they can just kill off that other australis gui abomination that looks like a knock off of chrome. If you gonna copy gui's atleast choose one that doesn't look and function like complete fking dog shite.
The browser is just getting more shit with every release, how much can they dumb it down with stupid pointless changes and bullshit rhetoric about how its improving for what complete braindeads?. Stupid updates like that break other plugins and drive off the plugin developers who keep having to update everything while these assclowns mess around with gui instead of innovating and improving features. There idea of 'improving' through moving gui's bits around is a fking shit. I'd sack the fking lot of them and stop trying to copy that chrome garbage.
An actual feature improvement for tabs..

or this, a feature suggestion that I know was made over 5 fking years ago gets implemented by Google.

Mozilla are on the same path that Maxthon took and look at them now dwindling because of there own stupidity and yet there were once rising. |

As a long time Opera user (up to version 12), I feel that Opera 12 has the best tab implementation by far in any browser. It's just great out of the box, without the need for any plugin whatsoever. Tabs ordering is logical, they look good and do not waste space, has feature to reopen closed tabs, complete with their history, supports auto reload of tab in specific interval AND remember this setting when the browser is restarted. It also support tab stacking to group tabs together, this is one feature I've not seen available in any browser to date, with or without plugins.
Well, at least that's the good old days, before they decided to abandon Opera 12 in favor of the Chrome crap clone abomination that is Opera Next
Why every browsers today are trying to be like Chrome is beyond me. Chrome is a memory hog, looks ugly, with one of the worse tab implementation ever in a browser. Sure, you can use addons to add feature, but even then, it does not even come close to what Opera 12 feature out of the box. It's multi processes architecture does more harm than good in the long run when the system is starving for RAM because Chrome uses GBs of RAM just to open 2 tabs
IMHO, Mozilla is also going the wrong way with Australis, they break what is already great in Firefox, and to achieve what? I don't know. Nowadays I'm sticking with Cyberfox/Palemoon since both devs have stated that they won't be incorporating any Australis GUI in their builds. I'm just glad Firefox still stick to the single process model and does not follow Chrome's model. Opening 14 tabs in Cyberfox only takes 600+MB, with Chrome, I don't think it's even possible to do the same with less than 1 GB |

It's all smokes.
Years old Skyrim has far better postiional audoi than band new Thief has.
It's absolutely rubbish. But then again, it's AMD, so one should not expect much after the TressFX smoke.

I have stopped installing Firefox after a certain version number - they are going to the wrong direction. One more year without a decent release and I'll have to abandon Firefox completely as it will be dated (won't not support technologies one needs).

What for? Office 2013 is utter crap.
No surprise as it has been conjured up by the same idiotic minds that gave us Windows 8.
I hope most of those guys are laid off by now, so MS can get back on track.
