Crate Entertainment (Grim Dawn) designer 'Medierra' has made some interesting comments about the publisher interference in the design of Titan Quest in a thread about the recent Rock, Paper, Shotgun interview

Gee upper management idiots, go figure. Sucks what was taken out of the game. Thankfully the game was good none the less. I look forward to another one hopefully without idiots calling the shots. Something my grandmother would play. What idiot makes a comment like that? Some idiot with Corner Gas stupid humor or something.

yeh pretty much.. and despite the point this guy makes (I can agree with) I still don't know how it would have turned out had they gotten more artistic freedom. I guess I'll be going by how Grim Dawn turns out really. So far I'm on the fence waiting to see more...

I played TQ something like 3-4 times for 3-4 days (3-4 hrs sitings)...never finished it, I always got bored at some point...don't know why, maybe because in the end it just always turned so blend? Idk but I enjoyed Legend: Hand of God way more. Few days ago I dug up the DVD and I think I am going to install it again Smile No modesty in that game, dark, "sexy", humans die, enemy is "intelligent" etc Razz
