WTF does that mean? That HBO is running illegal trackers? I mean, how can a peer cheat the tracker? Thats BS. They can only cheat ratio by altering http data and send bogus packets, but for bogus/zero-byte packets we have CRC.

Why do they bother with "garbage data" wouldn’t filling them up with Trojans and Viruses be much more efficient.  |

Almost all bittorrent clientprog have a filter to exclude guys who send bad data.
