thats a pretty old tv you must have, either that or you just buy shitty tvs. just about every tv made in the past ten years can do pal/pal60 and ntsc.

You need a special tv to run seperate region games, at least PAL/NTSC differances.

A normal NTSC tv wont show PAL correctly, and vice versa. PSP obviously doesn't have this problem since its a han ...
