Mission Humanity is a real-time strategy title that allows you to play as either humans or aliens, trying to save humanity or destroy it. The hook here is that the battlefields are fully spherical planets rather than flat maps. The game story is quite simple. Following an attack by an alien race Earth is in chaos, left with barely enough resources to satisfy its beleaguered population. A new home is needed. Utilizing alien technology from a captured spacecraft, a mother ship is constructed and sent in search of the aliens’ home planet with the aim of extermination and subsequent colonization. In the game, you are the commander of the human or alien forces, and must lead your army in an interplanetary conflict between races. The game features spherical maps, which don't restrict you within a confined space, 20 planets to colonize, and six different resources. In addition, the outcome of battles on certain planets affects the status of other planets. It's nice idea because instead of linear progression, you have to manage your colonies on several planets at once, expanding as you are able to. When an enemy base is infiltrated, the game will switch to the isometric squad with the player taking control of a group of soldiers and will track the enemy through the key building in the base until they are all eliminated and the base is overthrown. Although Mission Humanity has some nice ideas, the game isn't not much , also both graphics and sound are poor done.
